-The Theory Behind the Product:
There's a lot of static electric will be created once your started your engine by the friction between the exhaust gas and the exhaust pipe inner surface which eventually will become a resitance for your exhaust gas flow.With our "DOUBLE HEAD" grounding strap,the static electric will ground it away from your exhaust system so you'll experience SMOOTHER exhaust gas flow which means Better Throttle Response!! And nevertheless,for some car with poorer chassis grouding your O2 Sensor will be benefit too with this simple move.

DIY tutorial: Smoked it !!!

place can be apply: head lamp, tail lamp, side marker, etc.

Ingredients:
1.spray canned for plastic material (colour: smoke)
2.masking tape
3.old newspaper

WARNING!
Please take note, make sure you are using the spray canned that can be apply on plastic material. The spray canned I'm using on this tutorial was TAMIYA TS-71 spray canned (colour: smoke).

1. prepare the staff you want to smoke, and clean the surface of it. make sure the surface was clean and oil less.

2.using masking tape & newspaper to cover up the other place that you not going to spray....

3.after above step done, you can start to SMOKED it !!
*1 - 2 layers will b thin smoked ...4 layers will be heavy smoked.

4. FINALE, unmask.... DONE.... !!!

DIY tutorial: Thermal Wrapping

Ingredients:
1.Thermal Wrap (30meters for whole exhaust system,15meters for header or turbo manifold)
2.Clips (the more clips the more secure n firm your wrapping will be)

Tools:
1.Long nose plier
2.Gloves

Advantages:
Exhaust
1.Bring down temperature in your Engine Bay
2.Increase exhaust temperature for faster air flow velocity
3.Nicer n Tidy engine bay's looks
AIr cond. Piping
1.Minimize the engine heat interference with the air con piping which coolant flowing in it.Consistency of air con temperature

Intake Piping
1.Cooler intake air = Engine perform better and more constant.

WARNING!
This is a fibreglass based thermal wrap,It will cause itchyness when in contact with human skin.Gloves,Long sleeves and long pant are advised to be worn during the process.

1.Place one end of your thermal wrap perpendicular to the piping you want and hold it.

2.Wrap around it and make a 30degree turning

3.Let every wrapping overlap it by half of the thermalwrap's width. The 2nd Pic show you a wrong example without overlapping it.Yes it will save u some of the stuff but the finish product won't last long and it doesn't function cos there's a leak for heat dissipation.

4.Put your clips in...pull n Fully Tighten it (moderately pulling force cos the edge of the clip is kinda sharp)

5.Now take out ur long nose plier and really make sure ur clips is FULLY tighten!

6.Cut the the extra left over material,fold it back and fold again so that u can insert it back to the clips holder itself....after folded u may wanna hammer it abit to reassure that it's secure properly

Basically i've oredi briefly the necessary skill for this DIY...the rest of the wrapping just apply the similiar technic.Oh ya...you wanna ask me how many clips to use huh?yaya....i'll tell you more clips = more secure.But fren...agak agak lah.

FAQ
1)is there any other size other than 15m or 30m ?
ANS:nope,not at the moment,you can get the 15m/30m and share it with your friend, since it's cheaper compare to those branded stuff you can get outside.

2)is there any warranty ?
ANS:We guarantee you the thermal wrap is 15m/30m in length n not torn.If you are talking about warranty on the effectiveness of heat resistance n how long it will last.We have to be very honest.Even those branded thermal wrap which double or triple or even more than that from our price wont warranty you on that.Agree?

3)What izzit suitable for then?
ANS:Exhaust system,turbo manifold,Air-con piping,Intake piping...all these are tested,proven effective and durable.

4)did it come with the clip?
ANS: nope. we are selling thermal wrap only. but if you request we will supply it with cheaper price. (retail price RM2.50/each)

5)what's the advantage for doing this wrapping?
ANS: Bring down temperature in your Engine Bay that might affected your intake air temperature, increase exhaust temperature for faster air flow velocity, nicer n tidy engine bay's looks.

6)Why 1st start engine after wrap it will have smoke come out and smelly, is it normal?
ANS: Yup, it is normal. Smoke is because of the moisture that contain inside the thermal wrap getting vaporize when they meet the heat of your exhaust system, you won't see the smoke again after all of the moisture is vaporize, unless it gets wet again. Smelly is normal, that's the smell of the fiberglass when the thermal wrap getting heat up.
